Compliance Monitoring Manager (Global Pharmaceutical Company) (#1594)

A compliance monitoring and assurance role within the ethics, risk and compliance function of a global pharmaceutical company in Japan, reporting to a department head.

• Run risk assessments, self-assessments and sample testing under the annual compliance risk cycle and local monitoring programs
• Verify that business activities follow applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, and drive corrective actions and improvements
• Support the intake, assessment and escalation of compliance and integrity concerns, and support misconduct investigations, fact-finding and root cause analysis
• Support business continuity and emergency response programs
• Support internal audit activities and the completion of corrective actions, and use assurance insights to strengthen business governance

Full-time, Tokyo-based, individual contributor (manager by title, no direct reports).
