Evidence & Insights Associate (Healthcare Consulting) (#1593)

An entry-level consulting and research role in the economic and outcomes research team of a global healthcare data and consulting company, focused on patient-reported and patient-centred outcome studies.

• Design studies that capture patient experience, using surveys, interviews and expert panels
• Run quantitative and qualitative analysis and turn the findings into evidence for clients
• Prepare ethics review documents, proposals and reports in Japanese and English
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, facility staff and patient groups
• Support clients from research concept through to conference and publication output

Full-time, Tokyo or Osaka, flexible hours and remote working available.

• Research experience in epidemiology or a related population-science field; healthcare or pharma background welcome
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English for writing and meetings
• Resilience and positive attitude toward tight schedules and deliverables
• Preferred: questionnaire or interview design, qualitative analysis tools, basic quantitative analysis, publication experience
