Healthcare Compliance Manager (Global Medical Technology Company) (#1591)

A compliance management role within the healthcare compliance function of a global medical technology company in Japan, reporting to a senior manager of program management.

• Run and improve the compliance programs for the local business, raising their efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate operational projects across several business groups and support change management
• Work with regional program teams and local business partners to reduce compliance risk and align with priority business areas
• Share best practice, help standardise processes and controls, and represent the local team in cross-regional project groups

Full-time, Tokyo-based, individual contributor with project leadership responsibility.

• 5+ years of business, legal or compliance experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Working knowledge of Japanese and international anti-corruption rules and industry codes
• Experience leading projects in a compliance, finance, quality or regulatory area
• Fluent Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking) with strong presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and supervisory experience preferred
