A global healthcare services company is looking for a senior recruitment leader in Tokyo (hybrid) to lead hiring across its Japan organization.

  • Set the hiring strategy and manage relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and keep every hiring process compliant with regional and global standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Fluent Japanese and English.
