Role: Senior Manager, Public Policy & Government Affairs

What you'll do

• Advance the company's public policy strategy in Japan by engaging policymakers, industry associations and other external stakeholders.
• Work closely with communications and community-engagement teams.
• Monitor legislative/healthcare policy developments and produce policy positions and briefing materials.

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
• Typically 8+ years relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of policymaking, legislative procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building across government/industry/academia.

Salary: approx. 1,300 ~ 1,700万円
