Role: Associate Director, Government Affairs & Policy

What you'll do

• Lead government-affairs and policy strategy for a specific therapeutic area.
• Engage policymakers, regulators and industry associations to advance patient access to innovative medicines, including pricing/HTA-related topics.

Must-haves

• 10+ years healthcare-industry government-affairs/policy experience (pharma, government or consulting).
• Bilingual Japanese/English business communication.
• Policy analysis and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA/MPH) preferred.

Salary: approx. 1,500 ~ 1,900万円
