Role: Director, Head of Value, Evidence & Access

What you'll do

• Lead Japan's HTA/cost-effectiveness submission and negotiation strategy.
• Build the overall market-access evidence-generation strategy for the business.
• Partner with pricing, policy, medical and R&D functions.

Must-haves

• 8+ years health economics/market access experience in the healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of Japanese government healthcare/social-insurance policy.
• HTA/health-economics expertise.
• People-management and budget ownership.
• Strong external stakeholder relationship-building (academia, KOLs, industry associations).

Salary: approx. 1,800 ~ 2,400万円
