Job description

Role: Principal Consultant, Outcomes Research (Clinical Outcomes Assessment / PRO)

What you'll do

  • Lead client engagements and business development for an outcomes-research consulting team.
  • Design and deliver Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) consulting studies for life-sciences clients.
  • Oversee delivery teams and mentor staff.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 10+ years pharmaceutical consulting experience.
  • 7+ years leading multinational patient-centered outcomes research projects.
  • Expertise designing/customizing Clinical Outcomes Assessments.
  • Proven business-development and client-relationship track record.
  • Bachelor's required, advanced degree preferred.

Salary: approx. 2,000 ~ 2,800万円
