Role: Head of Finance – Aesthetics / Consumer Healthcare (Japan)

What you'll do

• Direct all financial operations for the Japan aesthetics business, overseeing FP&A, accounting, controllership, demand planning and receivables.
• Advise the General Manager and sit on the Japan and regional leadership teams.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the business.

Must-haves

• Chartered Accountant / CPA certification.
• Minimum 12 years finance experience, with 5+ years in senior roles.
• People management experience.
• Expert understanding of financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Fluent Japanese and English required.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA.
• Pharmaceutical / consumer healthcare industry experience.

Salary: approx. 2,200 ~ 3,000万円
