Role: Senior Scientist, Real-World Evidence – Oncology

What you'll do

• Act as the Japan affiliate's medical/scientific expert for an oncology portfolio, with a primary focus on generating real-world evidence.
• Support investigator-initiated studies in partnership with medical and evidence-generation teams.
• Contribute clinical trial methodology and protocol-design expertise to RWE projects.

Must-haves

• Knowledge of medical science and relevant regulations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and protocol design.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's of Science required; PhD desirable.

Salary: approx. 900 ~ 1,300万円
