Associate Director ~ Director, COA Strategy Consulting – Patient-Centered Solutions

Role Overview

• Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO).
• Help life sciences companies capture, analyze, and apply patient experience data to support drug development and commercialization.
• Provide scientific leadership across global, complex patient-centered research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client projects, strategy development, and delivery teams.
• Drive business development, sales opportunities, proposals, and client growth.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
• Develop innovative patient-centered solutions and expand service offerings.
• Build client relationships and enhance market presence through publications, conferences, and presentations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop consulting teams.
• Support recruitment, capability building, and operational excellence.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical consulting / life sciences professional services.
• Strong experience in Patient-Centered Outcomes Research, COA, and PRO methodologies.
• Proven expertise designing and implementing COA strategies for pharmaceutical clients.
• Experience leading multinational consulting projects and client engagements.
• Strong combination of scientific expertise, consulting skills, and business development capability.
• Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
