Key Responsibilities

Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives across the Japan organization.

Implement and execute the commercial excellence and sales effectiveness plan.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales productivity and performance.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms for tracking and reporting performance.

Develop, monitor, and report KPIs, incentive schemes, and performance dashboards.

Provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis.

Support financial planning related to volume, revenue, and operating expenses.

Promote continuous improvement and best practices within commercial teams.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and training functions.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related discipline.

Minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial excellence.

Fluency in both English and Japanese, written and spoken.

Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.

Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Advanced experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools.

Strong communication skills within multicultural environments.

Knowledge of the Japanese healthcare or pharmaceutical market preferred.
