Position Summary
-
Oversees marketing operations and activities across Medical and Commercial teams
-
Executes congress seminars, webinars, and in-person events, including full logistical coordination
-
Develops and updates marketing materials; manages contracts, vendors, and budgets
-
Leads digital marketing initiatives and performance analysis
-
Ensures all activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations by partnering with Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal
-
Manages external vendor relationships and negotiates agreements in coordination with international teams
-
Reports directly to the Marketing Manager, Japan
Key Responsibilities
-
Communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple departments
-
Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects; research vendors and update stakeholders
-
Work with agencies on new leavepieces; maintain and update existing materials and resource libraries
-
Produce event artwork and support website content updates
-
Procure branded materials and support seminar execution
-
Coordinate speaker logistics, contracts, and onboarding with Event Coordinators
-
Prepare invitations and manage approval workflows
-
Lead webinar setup with external vendors
-
Support enhancements to website customer experience
-
Collaborate with third-party media to strengthen product visibility
-
Manage marketing budget, invoices, HCP fees, POs, and vendor setup
-
Analyze digital marketing performance and identify improvement opportunities
-
Support PR initiatives alongside the Communications team
Requirements
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu
-
5+ years’ experience in medical, commercial, marketing, or communications roles
-
Demonstrated ability to perform core duties independently
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Fluency in Japanese with business-level English
-
Must already hold full-time work authorization in Japan

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: 7.5 ~ 12.5M JPY (based on experience, evaluation at interview and current salary levels)
