Lead CRM, analytics dashboard, and sales enablement tool improvements.

Translate operational pain points into scalable technical solutions.

Collaborate with IT to align on functionality, design, and performance.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance decision-making and effectiveness.

Standardize processes and drive continuous capability improvement.

Lead initiatives with strong project management, influencing, and leadership skills.

Bridge field and HQ leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements
π Qualifications
Minimum:
-
Bachelorβs in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.

5+ years in commercial operations, sales enablement, or business systems in life sciences or medical devices.

Strong business acumen with experience managing metrics, financials, and operational processes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:

2+ years in leadership roles, managing teams or vendors.

Knowledge of field force effectiveness, data governance, or incentive compensation.

Experience leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
