Requirements

πŸŽ“ Qualifications
Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • 5+ years in commercial operations, sales enablement, or business systems in life sciences or medical devices.

  • Strong business acumen with experience managing metrics, financials, and operational processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years in leadership roles, managing teams or vendors.

  • Knowledge of field force effectiveness, data governance, or incentive compensation.

  • Experience leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
