Role Overview:
Lead complex transformation projects in Japan, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while promoting best practices and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-country projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly.

• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.

• Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

• Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative environment.

• Support leadership reviews and contribute to building a high-performing PM organization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing international projects with diverse teams.

• Fluent in Japanese (N1/native) and English (C1+).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred; consulting or life sciences experience a plus.
