Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead strategic communication initiatives within a highly regulated industry. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly compliant sectors who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Craft compelling internal and external communications, including press releases, executive messages, and corporate materials.

• Support senior leadership in delivering consistent, impactful messaging.

• Drive media relations, manage press inquiries, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

• Oversee content creation for corporate channels, ensuring brand alignment and compliance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and reputation management.

• Monitor industry trends, media coverage, and public sentiment to inform communication strategies.

• Ensure all communications comply with industry regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of communication compliance requirements in regulated sectors.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

Compensation
