Position: Product Portfolio Manager

Overview:
Responsible for driving operational launch readiness of a healthcare product portfolio in Japan. This role collaborates closely with both Japan-based and international teams, ensuring seamless coordination across regulatory, medical, commercial, and operational functions to support successful market introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Act as the operational expert for Japan launch activities, providing strategic and tactical guidance.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including regulatory bodies and industry experts.

• Contribute to the creation of Japan-specific materials for medical and commercial use.

• Support advisory boards and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate smooth transition from planning to execution phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 5–8 years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or medtech in Japan.

• Proven track record in product launches.

• Fluent in Japanese and English.

Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Strategic thinker with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset.

• Adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations.
