Position Summary
Location: Central Tokyo
A technology-driven consulting team is seeking a senior leader to drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector. The team integrates strategic consulting, emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, ML), and business development to deliver innovative solutions across life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead a cross-functional unit focused on technology consulting, proof-of-concept development, and solution commercialization

• Design and execute digital transformation projects for clients in the life sciences industry, including CRM, BI, and AI-driven business process innovation

• Develop and adapt global AI solutions for the domestic market

• Engage in strategic planning, project ownership (QCD management), and team building

• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and client solution design, with a focus on sales, marketing, medical affairs, R&D, and quality domains

Team & Culture

Ideal Profile
Required:

• Experience in consulting (DX, process improvement, or digital solution implementation)

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

  • Generative AI or AI-led business transformation

  • CRM/BI system implementation

  • Commercialization of emerging technologies

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

• 3+ years of experience in commercial functions such as sales planning, operations, or field force support

Language Requirements

• Business-level Japanese and English
