Position: Business Systems Analyst – Digital Health Systems

Overview:
Seeking a skilled systems analyst to support the development and optimization of digital health data collection platforms. This role focuses on translating business and user needs into functional system specifications to improve operational tools and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user and business requirements to define system scope and objectives

• Design or improve processes and procedures to address complex system challenges

• Document functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Provide guidance to junior analysts and contribute across full system development lifecycle

• Evaluate technology solutions within the broader business context

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, ideally in clinical or digital health systems

• Strong understanding of data-driven platforms and user-centered design

• Ability to align system solutions with both internal and external stakeholder needs

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms or digital clinical tools is preferred
