Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Medical team as a key Finance Business Partner.

This role will lead finance planning, analysis, and controlling activities to support strategic business growth in a dynamic, innovative medical device environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with franchise leadership and cross-functional teams, providing insightful financial guidance and driving strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full financial planning cycle including annual business plans, forecasts, and long-range planning for the franchise

• Provide detailed financial analysis, variance reporting, and management insights to support decision-making

• Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks/opportunities, and drive recovery and growth plans

• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, distributor management, new product launches, and profitability improvements

• Prepare and present financial updates and strategic recommendations in regional/global reviews

• Collaborate with finance centers of excellence and cross-functional teams for timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications:

• 7 ~ 10+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, or controlling, ideally with international exposure

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business partnering mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; Japanese proficiency highly desirable

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
