Position Title: Manager, Sales Development (APAC Region)
Department: Regional Sales Development
Reporting To: Regional Sales Director
Primary Responsibilities:

Implement corporate sales strategies through targeted regional plans aligned with cross-functional sales teams.

Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets across assigned territories.

Oversee all sales functions including product specialists, consumables, and equipment within the assigned portfolio.

Collaborate closely with regional marketing to share market intelligence and customer feedback.
-
Develop strategic business plans, including ROI analysis, to identify and advocate for growth opportunities.

Establish and manage multi-year account plans with key stakeholders and end users.
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and field expertise in relevant life sciences technologies (e.g., advanced molecular tools or instrumentation).

Own the development, forecasting, and tracking of annual sales goals, KPIs, and market performance indicators.

Continuously monitor competitive trends and market dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., Master’s, or equivalent).

Broad understanding of life sciences, biotechnology, or related technical disciplines.

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in the life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology sectors.
