Position Overview: On behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis for our medical device business unit.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

   • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
   • Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
   • Monitor and assess the financial health of the medical device business unit, identifying risks and opportunities.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
   • Develop rolling forecasts and variance analysis to track performance against budgets and forecasts.
   • Provide guidance to enhance cost management and operational efficiency.

3. Strategic Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and investment decisions.
   • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, providing financial due diligence and integration support.

4. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

   • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

   • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
   • Provide leadership in developing the skills and capabilities of the finance team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within the medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools; advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and development.
